Belvedere Bat Walks 2012

Belvederes Bat walks are in association with Bat Conservation Ireland.

Belvedere Bat Walks takes place in association with Bat Conservation Ireland

Next scheduled Bat walks are to be confirmed:

Saturday 14th April 2012 at 8pm

Saturday 12th May 2012 at 8pm

Saturday 15th September 2012 at 8pm

Friday 26th October (Halloween) 2012 at 7pm

These Bat Walks begin with an illustrated talk on Bats, dispelling all of the myths and detailing just how marvellous these tiny mammals really are. Followed by guided bat walk with use of Bat Boxes (which allows you to hear the bats, hunt, and communicate with each other) around Belvedere parkland.

Walk is weather permitting (bats are far too sensible to be out in the wet or cold!). Wear warm clothing sensible footwear and bring a small torch.

Entry is free, donations if desired to Bat conservation Ireland.
